FIVE STAR CREW DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB
None of the crew ever said ‘No’ to any of my requests during pack-in/pack-out. Even last winter, within 20 minutes, they brought rugs to cover the concrete floors. Joey was very responsive, kept me posted, and informed everything that was needed, plus helping make my purchases a lot easier. I strongly recommend Five Star Disaster Services for any emergency [that occurs] in your home.

Held my hand throughout the entire process
The people at Five Star have held my hand through the entire process of mitigation and repair from water damage and mold. They are amazing and so wonderful to work with. All of their employees are thoughtful and caring. No one wants to experience a disaster in their kitchen, but if anyone can make the experience a better one for you, it is Five Star. What an awesome company!!!

Five Star came to our place for assessment of water damage and mold. They were prompt, informative and honest. Turns out that the damage was not severe enough to require their services. They left me with recommendations of what needed to be done along with understanding of mold properties. This company knows what customer service means.
