My house house a major water line break flooding over 1000sqft of my flooring, I made a call to five star , with in the he a crew showed up , property moved drying equipment put into action the professionalism was unbelievable, they stayed until all the work that could be done was done , coming back daily until the water mitigation was completed very thankful for their service, they made connections with the insurance company making the process very easy . When we noticed water damage in the house we called Five Star Disaster Services and they were extremely quick to come out and help us track down the issue.  Ethan was our technician and he  walked us through our options and did an excellent job explaining everything.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As an insurance agent, ive worked with numerous restoration outfits over the years. The guys at five star are personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly FAIR. Many companies out there try to squeeze the insurance for everything they can, but in the end, that sometimes hurts the client (the victim of the damage) when there is conflict between insurer and insured regarding the invoice. Its SO imperative that the restoration company communicate properly to the insurer, and five star does a great job with this. Ultimately, this results in a smooth experience for the homeowner, and no unexpected surprises. Keep it up gents!  PS i've used them for personal water damage and they are great at presenting options.

We had water damage that leaked from the second floor to the main floor and they came same day to help us out! It is my first time dealing with damage like this and/filing a claim. They did such a great job educating me and making me feel zero stress about the whole situation. I went from freaked out about it all to calm cool and collected. I highly recommend this business!
