Our team brings more than 55 years of combined experience to jobs of every size, from a small kitchen fire to a whole flooded building. Our Walla Walla crew typically arrives within an hour, and our Kennewick crew within two, so we can start pulling out water before it spreads further.
Our work follows the industry standard set by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. We are also an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm, so we can safely open up walls in homes built before 1978.
We hold contractor licenses in Washington (WA #FIVESSD870BS) and Oregon (CCB #201493). Our bond and insurance protect you and your property while we work.
We live and work in Walla Walla and the Tri-Cities, so the people in your home are your neighbors. Homeowners, property managers, and agents across the region know us by name.

We remove the water you can see and the water you can’t. Water wicks up walls, soaks into insulation, and seeps under flooring, so a room can look dry while the framing and subfloor are still wet. Left there, that hidden moisture can rot the wood that holds your home up.
We send the nearest crew as soon as you call. On site, we find the source of the water and use moisture meters to map where it went.
We move furniture and contents somewhere dry, pump out standing water, and extract what we can from carpet and pad. Every gallon removed now shortens drying time.
We check whether each type of flooring can be dried in place or needs to come up. We cut out drywall only when we have to, which means less demolition.
We clean the wet materials we’re keeping and treat them to stop germs from growing. Even clean water picks up dirt and leaves it behind when it dries.
We set up air movers and dehumidifiers sized to the space and take moisture readings as it dries. The equipment comes out only after we verify every affected area has reached a normal moisture content.
Once the drying is done, our repair crew replaces the drywall, flooring, and trim that had to come out. We also send photos, moisture readings, and a detailed estimate to your adjuster.
Water damage is often only part of the job. Wet walls can hide mold, and a backup can bring sewage with it. Here are the other services our crews offer.
Putting out a fire can soak a building with water. We dry it out, board up openings, clean soot and smoke odor from the structure and your belongings, and can help you find a place to stay.

We seal off the moldy area so spores don’t spread, remove affected drywall and insulation, and correct the moisture problem behind it to help keep the mold away for good.

Water from a sewer backup carries harmful bacteria. We tear out the carpet and drywall it soaked, disinfect every surface it touched, and follow strict safety protocols while we restore the space.

Dry ice blasting strips mold, soot, and grease from framing and other wood. It works faster than hand scrubbing, uses no chemicals, and leaves the surface undamaged.

Beyond replacing what the water ruined, our crew handles kitchen and bath remodels, so you can make upgrades while the walls are already open.

Make sure everyone is safe, and stay out of any room where water may have reached outlets or cords. Shut off the main water valve, then call us, your insurance company, and a plumber if a pipe or appliance failed. Take photos before you move or throw anything away, because your insurer may want to see the damaged items. If you can’t find the shutoff, we’ll talk you through it on the phone.
Yes, if it’s a small spill of clean water that you can dry with towels, a wet vacuum, and fans. Call a professional if it’s sewage or floodwater, if water soaked into walls or under flooring, or if you find more than about 10 square feet of mold. If you’re not sure it’s dry, we can check it with a moisture meter during a free inspection.
Yes. Clean water from a broken supply line is low risk, and many of the materials it soaks can be saved. Water from a washing machine or dishwasher can carry germs, and sewage or rising floodwater is heavily contaminated, so stay out of it. Clean water also gets dirtier the longer it sits, and the dirtier it is, the more carpet, pad, and drywall we have to remove instead of dry.
Mold can start growing within 24 to 48 hours on wet drywall, wood, carpet, and pad. If those materials are dried within that window, mold usually won’t grow. If they stay wet longer, assume mold is growing, even if you can’t see it. If we find mold, we remove it before we close up any walls.
Often, yes. If the water was clean, carpet and the subfloor under it can usually be dried where they are. Hardwood has to dry slowly, because fast drying can crack or split the boards. Don’t sand or refinish it until moisture readings show it’s dry.
Usually, if the water came from something sudden inside the home, like a burst pipe or a failed water heater. A slow leak, or a pipe that froze in a home that wasn’t kept heated, may not be covered. Flooding from outside needs a separate flood policy. Most policies pay for the damage the water caused, but not to fix the failed pipe or appliance itself.
